Human Resources (HR) (Part-time or Full-time) Job description: • Greeting employees and visitors to the office • Managing incoming and outgoing mail • Assisting with meeting and event planning and set up for the office • Assisting with payroll processing and accounts payable when needed • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs • Posting job, screening resumes • Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates • Administering appropriate company assessments • Performing reference and background checks • Select candidates according to the requirement, set up interview schedule and corresponds with new hire candidates. • Prepares all material for new hire orientation • Provide H1-B sponsorship Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of QuickBooks preferred • Strong organizational, time management, written & verbal communication skills • Team Player • Attention to detail • Patience Please send Resume to
